TUBSAT-2, a German test spacecraft, was launched by a Cyclone booster from Plesetsk, into a 1221 x 1198 km orbit inclined at 82.6 degrees. The spacecraft carries meteorological and radiation budget instruments, and includes a second star sensor with 1m focal length, which also acts as a camera. Also included is a 3-kg three-axis reaction/momentum wheel. The TUBSAT microsatellites are designed and built at the Technical University of Berlin (TUB).
