ECHOSTAR 25 (EchoStar XXV) is a direct broadcasting communications satellite manufactured by Maxar Technologies (United States) for EchoStar Corporation to support the satellite television services of DISH Network (United States). The satellite provides Ku-band Direct Broadcasting-Satellite Service (BSS) capacity for television distribution to residential customers. It supports the delivery of broadcast television programming across North America, enabling DISH Network to distribute high-quality video content to subscriber terminals equipped with small receiving dishes.
