DIRECTV launches DIRECTV 12 satellite boosting HD capacity

DIRECTV 12 satellite ,a Boeing 702 model satellite, was successfully launched on Tuesday, lifted off on an International Launch Services Proton Breeze M vehicle from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan.
