Google Releases New High-Res Satellite Images of Haiti

Google has released new, higher-resolution satellite images of the Port-au-Prince area of Haiti that was devastated by a magnitude 7.0 earthquake on Jan. 12. The new impressively detailed photos were taken on Sunday, Jan. 17 and have resolution of around 6 inches, according to Google. You can see the full set of images in Google Maps in Satellite mode.
