NASA Postpones Space Shuttle Launch Again Due to Faulty Valve NASA postponed the launch of the space shuttle Discovery today for the second time, due to a faulty valve, delaying the 13-day mission to the International Space Station. The liftoff from the Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida, scheduled for 1:10 a.m. local time tomorrow, was scrubbed after a problem was discovered with the valve inside the shuttle, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration said on its Web site.    More
