The Black Brant XII launch carrying the KiNET-X payload lifted off at 8:36 p.m. Black Brant XII, carrying the KiNET-X payload, is a four-stage sounding rocket that can reach altitudes over 200 miles above Earth's surface, according to NASA Wallops Flight Facility.    More
