ULA Delta IV-H set to launch NROL-65

A United Launch Alliance Delta IV is scheduled to make a morning launch from Vandenberg Air Force Base on Wednesday, carrying a classified payload for the US National Reconnaissance Office. Liftoff of the NROL-65 mission, which is expected to deploy the last KH-11 reconnaissance satellite, is scheduled for 11:03 local time (16:03 UTC).
