NASA’s Boeing Orbital Flight Test-2 mission to the International Space Station is scheduled to launch at 2:53 p.m. EDT Friday, July 30, the second uncrewed flight for Boeing’s CST-100 Starliner spacecraft as part of the agency’s Commercial Crew Program.
