HORYU 4 is a small technology demonstration from the Kyushu Institute of Technology designed to study elecrical arcing on high power solar arrays. It also carries a telemetry system operating in an amateur radio band. It is also known as the Arc Event Generator and Investigation Satellite (AEGIS).
