ISAT is one of the two satellites built by German Orbital Systems and is based on the D-Star One three-unit CubeSat which was demonstrated earlier this year (2018). The ISAT spacecraft is equipped with an ADS-B received to relay tracking data from aircraft. ISAT will be operated by iSky Technology of the Czech Republic, but was procured under a delivery in orbit contract whereby the manufacturer retains responsibility for the spacecraft until it reaches space and completes on-orbit checkout.
