GLOBAL POSITIONING SYSTEM (GPS) CONSTELLATION SATELLITES

The Global Positioning System (GPS), is a popular satellite navigation system. A constellation of more than two dozen GPS satellites broadcasts precise timing signals by radio, allowing any GPS receiver to accurately determine its location (longitude, latitude, and altitude) in any weather, day or night, anywhere on Earth. This category contains operational and non-operational GPS supporting satellites.

The table is sortable. Please click on the header for ascending/descending sorting. To see all satellites in this category on a single page (it may crash your browser), click here.
